Obsidian Black with Aerotect smoke taillights
Hey guys,
I already did a search and noticed multiple threads with the Aerotect taillights but I didnt see any Obsidian Black ones. So here are pics of mine, one outdoor shot and a few install shots while I was there yesterday. Only took about 45 minutes, and they have a pretty comfortable customer lounge area. Its blacker than I thought it would be, but hey looks pretty sweet. Can't comment about getting pulled over, cuz its only been a day. Enjoy...

Then you wont like the next mod i'm getting... BP emblems... throwing contrast out the door ... although my plate frame still stands out, does that help?

great pics! tint looks good, too! aerotect did mine as well. they do great work, and whether its francisco or jason, you know you're gonna get great quality. BP will make your obsidian really stealth. just try to stay clear of any cops- its hard, but somewhat manageable. any other mods planned after the BP emblems?

I've tried having my taillights tinted 2 different times from the same place and had no luck. The tint kept peeling/bubbling up around the edges of the lights...since they have a complicated design to them. How does it look on the edges? Is it perfect? I've considered Aerotect but never acted on it.

I'll take some more detailed pics tonight, but its a pretty damn good job... I have no bubbles whatsover. As for the edges, does it hold up to the high standards of some meticulous ISF owners? That i'm not sure, but I'm not entering hot import nights anytime soon... Its cool for me, and I didn't want to go the painted route. I'd def go to Aerotect again, they have some pretty cool matte vinyl, if I had a white ISF i would totally do my roof in matte black.

Tailights
I had my RX done there. They do good work. For those who dont live close by. They sell a precut kit. Also if I remember right. They sell different levels of darkness on the tint.
