It looks like a NASCAR pushrod motor. They make about 900 horsepower and can run at 9000 RPM all day long. They are cheap used, usually between $10 to 14 thousand. If you pick it up yourself they'll usually throw in spare parts and gaskets. That technology has changed a lot in the last couple of years. 10 to 15 horsepower in a NASCAR motor is a big deal.
The thing is, that motor would actually be faster without the turbo's. Turbo charged motors are hard to drive and not very consistent. If you drive a turbo motor against the clock or the national record, good luck.
That looks like an extremely high dollar build right there. I agree that hood is amazing. I would not mind throwing on on my own car. It looks like it has duel procharger F3x
