Glacier Frost Mica has a blue pearl in it, while Starfire is more of a pure white.

It's hard to tell what GFM really looks like in pics, you'd have a much better grasp of the color by seeing it in person.

I've said this like a billion times - a picture of Glacier Frost Mica is useless unless you have Crystal White/Starfire Pearl next to it for comparison purposes. Cameras tend to "correct" the hue and white balance to the point where you can't see a difference unless they're in the same picture:

Hope this helps!

Glacier looks a tad silver in person too, under certain lighting. Starfire always looks a bright white with the pearls being really obvious during direct sunlight..

In person, the two colors are unmistakably different. I personally thought GFM was a cool color but my g/f thought it looked pretty "g@y" and since it was her car, she went with the Starfire Pearl.

the only problem i can see with GFM, is how hard it is to match. seeing how our IS's seem to often be the target of wild rear-ending trucks, or crazy drivers in parking lots. i think repair ability is important.
i only say this cause all the crap my car has been through, im glad i roll on black, super easy to match.
