the worse week ever
first, one son of %$&^*& scrash the bumper of my 7 month old IS250/08 and then Costa Mesa officer in Orange County said the my music was too loud,
i don't have system only my plain Navigation ML (i love it
)
BS............ latino+spanish music+lexus= ticket
Do you know how much is the ticket
????

iunno dude, try to fight it. since u only have factory speakers. But i know there is a certain amount of decibles that is considered, peace disturbance
i usually cruise with the volume at 40-48 with windows down

haha thats insane i didnt know you could get a ticket for playing ur music too loud. maybe its a cali thing.
Im too scared to blast mine over 45, cause ive already blown my rear speakers and the sub. ( i was overly excited when i first got thecar w/ ML)

fight the ticket...they can give u a ticket for too loud music, if you reach the certain decibel. The concern for the law enforcment officer is that you might not be able to hear emergency vechile that are approaching. go to court and tell them that you have stock stereo system.
I listen to my music at 35 windows open.

I was followed by an officer several years back for cranking my gen 1 IS300 stock system. It did have some bump to it. When I noticed the officer, I turned it off and he moved on. I have heard of people receiving tickets for stock systems. Be happy the ML rocks (LOL). I would always try to be considerate of others in traffic while having the windows down. Not everyone likes a mariachi band next to them (I do, but not everyone else).
