Low key batt ?
what do i do about it? do i jus bring it to the dealer or.... ??

it is CR1632 for less than 3 bucks, and you can change it for yourself..

I bought like 5 of them off ebay for about $5.50 ... that's $1.10 each.
changing them yourself is easy, took like all of 5 min to do both key fobs. Just be careful when you're snapping it back together.

you can find the battery at Radio shack. I actually just changed mine also very easy.

thnx all , jus orderd 5 off ebay for like 12 bucks shipped ... how do i open it tho jus take the key out and wedge it open ??

Check your owners manuel it has some photos of how to do it. hard to expain but i changed it in the parking lot when i bought the battery.

Take out the manual key, and wedge a tiny screw driver in the space where the manual key would have been. The fob should pop open with a little force.

When I picked up my car from service. I decided to go to the parts department to pick up a battery for my remote. The guy at the part department replaced it for free. Had it done here in cali South Bay Lexus.
