How do you decipher TPMS? *pix*
Hi,
I just picked up a set of the tire pressure sensor and would like to share a picture with everyone.
To confirm, right quadrant of the sensor, is this the sensor number that is needed to be programmed into the vehicle?
Thank you!

My post from an older thread....
There is some other newer expensive technology out there that some wheel shops are buying these days..
But nothing you would want to go out and buy yourself. You would spend lots of money for a one time use.
But as far as the dealerships they use their Lexus / Toyota TIS Techstream Laptop interface..
Which plugs into the OBDII port under the dash..
Maybe try a Toyota dealership.. Just let them know you need to register 4 new sensors as your 2nd set.
or
Try another Lexus Dealership.. Should not take more than 1/2 hour, but they usually like to bill for an hour when it comes to TPMS programming
Usually, they will not register them unless they are installed in a set of wheels with air.
You don't really need other numbers or locations written down..
(but if a sensor is fails, it is good to know what exact wheel location its in)
The system will only take the 7 digit Transmitter ID of the sensor..
See below photo for example.
(Large Font size set of numbers in white, on the right)
Good Luck
