Hi everyone,

I just wanted to leave a positive one for Steve @ Xenon Depot.

As many know, I've had crazy problems with my HIDs https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post4849527 . Steve posted on my thread and explained the problem to me.

I dealt with Steve through PM and asked if I can pick them up because I'm local. Through some minor miscommunication (my fault completely), I thought it was not possible so I bought the bulbs online with $10.40 UPS shipping to my address.

Today, Steve gave me a call and asked me if I would like to purchase the bulbs through phone order since I can get free shipping this way. I told him that I thought I couldn't pick them up so I ordered online already.

Steve quickly asked for my order number and refunded the shipping cost.

I have to say this is the first time that a vendor went above and beyond to help me out. I am in great appreciation to Steve and I would have NO problem recommending him to fellow CL members!

I've read some negative feedback about Xenon Depot before but after my experience I'm definitely vouching for Steve. As a fellow member put it, if that's not customer service, I don't know what is.

good to hear vendors are still taking care of us. I PMd him before with questions and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

from my discussions with steve and him personally having the exact same problem before, i'm optimistic...but i will definitely give a review and have pics ready when i get them tomorrow
