So how is the output compared to OEM bulbs? is the cutoff the same as before? are they white with a hint of blue? or blue ? any purple in there at all?

looks good.

output should be less than oem d4s's due to the color temp. 6000k's are more white with a hint of blue. no purple, unless very near the cut-off.

cut-off should not be affected by the bulb, so they should stay the same.

Too blue for me, maybe due to the pics. Looks like 8k in the first picture, but hey, at least you got the bulbs to work =]

oh it's definitely more blue in the pic. In person, it's more white than blue. Maybe on the street if you look at an angle, you'll see the hint of blue. But for the most part, it's not blue at all
