Anyone have any experience with IS-F bumper retrofit?
I was just looking around the newly designed Sewellparts site and noticed this: http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...-2006-174.html Is this a simple bolt on? How's the fitment? Anyone here done an IS-F retrofit? I've searched around and haven't found anything conclusive.

Sewell kit comes with the 2 reflectors, 2 tow hook covers, both exhaust tip assembly, bumper, and 2 foam pieces they said it needed to fit right.

The foam pieces are really just a superficial aerodynamic support piece that's intended to keep the sides of the bumper from any vibration (higher speeds of course). It's possible you don't need them at all, but when it comes to noises, ticks and vibrations we thought it to be better safe than than sorry.
I wouldn't call any of this hard - just a bit tedious.

Cutting down exhaust pipe...
Darrel,
Are there any negatives to cutting down the tailpipe? I understand that you need to do it in order to make the F-tips fit, but I'm curious if this has a negative impact on performance or adds more noise. Approximately how many inches did you cut off -- or how many inches were left? I'm looking to do this with the Sewell kit. Thanks!
