Default Car stalled after recall work

So I sent my car in for recall last week, got the car back on Saturday, heard a slight clicking sound as the car pulled up, didn't think much of it, drove home, didn't drive the entire weekend, and tonight as I was driving on toll road up hill, I noticed the knocking got louder and sudden lose of power, the engine was clearly struggling, then as I was pulling over, my engine stalled and turned off, parked started the car again, weird sounding start and this hidious knocking was coming from my engine, check engine light came on and my dash lite up like a chrismas tree, engine stalled again, popped the hood, took my intake out to check my throttle body thinking it was that cuz it was pp but no tb would give out the noise it was making, besides I've driven 100 miles on the pp tb and no sound/problems...this sound was coming from within the engine, looks like some lazy *** didn't tighten my rocker arm or something, I'm hoping it's a loose rocker arm...called aaa, got tolled home since the dealership was closed, the mechanic said it's probably a valve cover or a rocker arm, I trust what he's talking about since he hand built a 9 sec desiel full cab truck...so my question is, what do u guys think the problem is, my engine right now sounds like a desiel, the knocking is just ridcioulsly loud, I can't go to the dealer until Saturday cuz I got school, I'm going to call them tomorrow to let them know wat happened, just hopping it's nothing serious

That sux... is it a 350 with the valve spring recall or 250? Since our engines are overhead cam, technically there is no rocker arms but of course there are many other moving parts that can knock, tick etc...

Let us know what happened.

I'd make time to bring it into the dealer and get a loaner
