Exclamation Another TPMS ??? Need help

I have searched for days now and cant seem to find the answer to my question so here it is. i got my new MS1's about 2 weeks ago and i ordered the TPMS adaptor because i didn't want to drill these wheels or make a "pipe bomb" and my problem is the TPMS adaptor valve stem is too big and doesn't fit through the valve stem hole on the rim see photo's below for details so is there a adaptor out there that will work ? Thanks in advance guys/gals

this photo compares the adaptor and the SSR valve stem that came with the rims.

this is the adaptor

i need one this size.

Look like you bought the wrong style. Since your orginal is not an L shape 90 degree you cant use that adaptor. Try asking Iforged they make adaptor in 3 different style.

yea i was going to exchange these 90 degree one for the straight one they make.... but the problem is the adaptor wont fit through the valve stem hole in the rim. I called iforged but they werent sure if the straight adaptor would be any different.

Instead of creating a new thread, I figured I would just ask in this one. I ordered some a set of TPMS sensors off eBay that it fell through (long story)...

Does anyone know the part numbers of both the sensor and hardware kit for a 2007 IS250?

early 06 model years may have a different sensor....i know this topic has been discussed. it is very possible your tpms is different.

if it's becoming to much of an hassel with getting the right adapter and you don't not want to do the pipe bomb method. search for the zip tie method. essentially you put a pice of plastic between two sensors and zip tie them together. the tpms pressure sensor is on the bottom of the tpms, hence the reason why this works. search for the topic.

for me i like having my tpms installed on rims, i drive to long of a distance every day to have a tire start going down on me and not know it, would do some pretty good damage.
