Default Side mirrors problem

So I went to the dealer 2 days ago to do some recalls. After I got my car back I noticed that I cant adjust the side mirrors anymore. I called the dealer and told them that the mirrors were working just fine before the recalls. they told me thay didnt do anything that is related to the side mirrors, and I have to pay for diagnostic and repair if I want to fix the problem.
Anyone knows what the problem might be? It tilt down on reverse but I cant adjust them with the switch.

If they had to do anything with the door panels, perhaps they didn't fully seat the plug to the mirror adjustment.... Just throwing and idea out there that might help.

Why isn't that covered by warranty!

Try physically pushing the side view mirror down with your hands. Sometimes the motor just gets stuck, there's a thread on here about that.

You never did say what exact recalls you had done on the your 2IS.

I assume there's a fuse for that electronic function...check the fuse for the mirrors.

Here are the Recals:
9LG REPL PEDAL PAD, REFLASH, AWFM
9LB REPLACE REAR BRAKE DUST BOOT
9LC REPLACE POWER STEERING LINK
9LA REPLACE FUEL DELIVERY PIPES
I checked the fuse and they are all fine.
