Hello everyone!

Thanks iRock!... It's a pleasure to be a member of this community. In less than a week of browsing, I learned so much things on here... like disconnecting the battery after switching my HID bulbs... scared the s*** out of me when the "Check Engine Light" & "VSC" light came on. lol

Here's my new DRL with the new decoder. It has a bit more bluish hue than my parking/city lights which is almost a perfect match with my 6K Garax low beams.
V V V V (sorry for the crappy pic)
1st PIC is the old 96-LED with the bulky decoder.
2nd PIC is the new & compact decoder which is attached to the harness and wrapped with a rubber sleeve (comes as is). Small enough to fit in the IS's small housing.
3rd PIC is a close-up. It has a bluish hue to it.
4th PIC is the DRL in the dark
5th PIC is the DRL in the shade on a sunny day.
Does anyone know what would be a perfect, if not, closest FOGS match to my 6K Garax low beams?
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to CL! For the rubbing, get narrower tires because you're rubbing even at stock height. I love your drl's, I might pick up a set too. I love super yellow drl's, but mine is dingy yellow due to 30% drl power even with a yellow bulb.. If only they made a led drl with super yellow leds, not amber.

I'm thinking of .5in for the rear and .5-1in. for the front. Also, to have the rear fender lip folded back. Seems like that's the only part rubbing.
Thanks!... I think getting the lip folded up might do the trick. I have to check with my buddy.
Yellows are pretty sweet too! But yeah, LEDS aren't as bright. I'll be changing my rear turn signals from amber leds to red ones. I just don't feel they're as bright as they should be from a safety standpoint. I would have had a brighter amber setup but our turn signal's holes' are a bit too tight for the bulb so I had to scale down a bit... and my redouts aren't helping so I'll definitely get longer red leds.
wow... I was reading up on doing a projector mod like that but my confidence isn't that high. LOL that looks so damn sick though! just your 6k's already looks great... Congrats!!! ... How hard was it to do?

DDM Tuning 6000K matches pretty well, but I also have projector foglights, which makes a difference: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...fogs-pics.html

Thanks! I had someone do the retrofit for me. Sometimes it's nice to outsource things to an expert.
