Default PrecisionLED ?

This is like my 3rd thread I made today, but I just have questions on some parts. Sorry if this is considered spam.

Was wondering how PrecisionLED is compared to VLED ? Is it much of a difference in brightness ?

I was planning to get PrecisionLED cause it comes in a set and is cheaper.

Also is there any problems with it after being installed, cause I read about some problems with the VLED.

http://www.precisionled.com/shop-by-...erior-pkg.html

Thanks !@!!

I don't anything about Precision LED but I'm happy with VLEDS.
Bought many LEDS from them over the last few years for a few vehicles and never had a problem.

Hey,

Ive got the PrecisionLED kit in my IS250 and its plenty bright! they have an instructional video for all their stuff and show you how to convert everything which I really appreciated.

I have VLEDs in my parking lights and the full PrecisionLED package for my interior. I would say the T-10 wedge type bulbs are pretty much the same when it comes to brightness. The majority of the lights in our IS250 are the T-10 Wedge type.

I think you'll be pretty happy with the PrecisionLED kit, I am

I also bought the precision LED kit for my interior, trunk and door lamps (the ones on the inside/bottom of the door, I forget the name). I was able to install them fairly easily with the help of their install video. They are plenty bright. I would say the VLEDs are brighter from what I’ve heard but I was not looking for super bright. I wanted something that seemed natural/stock which the precision kit does.

one thing, don't worry about coming 'stock' to a meet, we have cars of various lvls of modification AND do not buy rims (size/offset) or suspension without talking to us (the local CL guys) first, if you buy 'right' the first time you wont have regrets

I got precision LEDs. The blub for the trunk LED is too big to fit the socket. But I bent the metal clamp and it fit. From the pics I've seen, VLEDs seem brighter but I'm fine with mine. I also got the puddle lights too but they don't seem so bright.

llamaboiz - Yep will do, Let me just get my things from the mail before I head to one of those meets.

The PrecisionLED set says it comes with Map (3) + Dome (2) + Courtesy (2).

So its 3 for the Front Dome ? 2 for the Rear Dome ? and just 2 door Courtesy ?

So I would need to buy 2 more door Courtesy ?

You just need the vanity/shade mirrors. I just added the trunk and puddle lights separately too. I think total was less than $100 shipped.

Basically the basic package has LEDs for the overhead lights (3), overheads in back (2), and door lights (2). You want the mirror lights too. Up to you if you wanna add the puddle and trunk lights.

I've had VLED lights in my car for over a year now and no issues and non have gone out. I replaced all my interior lights, trunk (def a must!!!), and parking lights (got 6k, might go 5k though).

I have yet to find anything brighter than V-LEDs' high power line, and I've seen a lot of LEDs. Best advice I can give you is to go to a meet and see different light setups in person. The brightest possible isn't for everyone either, and pictures almost never do lighting justice.
