the entire driver side (front and back) were damaged pretty good. car is at the Longo collision center right now. i have a bunch of F-Sport stuff on it, the insurance (whether his or mine) will be paying for everything, does that include any damaged F-Sport stuff? if not, then will they replaced with oem parts? i don't know how it's suppose to work.

First off, sorry to hear about the accident ![Frown](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Your F-Sport stuff should be replaced since that is what was on the vehicle (unless your insurance provider is difficult). In regards to the OEM vs. Equivalent scenario, it all depends. Some people go back and demand OEM parts from the insurance company and have been successful. Keep in mind that some insurance companies charge extra to ensure you get OEM parts if/when an accident occurs. I recently got quotes from a dozen or so well known insurance companies, and a couple of them specifically had a selectable option which guarantees OEM replacement parts if you get into an accident (and of course, this option increased my monthly premium).
Make 100% sure that if you are NOT at fault for this accident that you also get the depreciated value of your car from the other persons insurance company. Your car now has an accident on record which reduces the resale value. The reduction in resale value is a check from their insurance company made out to you.

From my understanding, it all depends on the insurance company. I have had it go both ways. I would give them a call for the best information. Sorry to hear about the wreck but it will all work out man.

Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad to see that you came out unhurt. Like everyone else has said, everything will depend on your insurance company and who is found to be at fault.
Just out of curiosity, what f-sport parts were damaged? Intake? Sway bars? Tail-lights? Springs? Good luck with everything.

Sorry to hear about your accident, glad your ok!
As far as the F-Sport items go, if the car didn't come with F-Sport parts, it really depends on the insurance company. Some insurance companies will not cover any parts installed after vehicle purchase, some will only cover up to a certain limit, and then there are others that will cover it if you have bought such coverage.
