Help: Chrome trim on console peeling... Part number?
I looked through Sewell's online catalog and could not find the part number. I was wondering if anyone knows the part number or if this part can be replaced? This is not my car picture but just a reference to show you what I am exactly talking about.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean that one exact one used in the F-Sport models, Sewell has it but it's going to cost a few hundred dollars.

Part number can be seen once you add the one you want in the car. If it's another color other than the one Sewell lists you have to look in the diagram to find the one you're looking for.

Not sure if i want to chrome it again since the interior will be CF soon. Maybe ill just sand it down and get it painted.

This is a $2.5k dollar part. Have anyone found a reasonable solution for this concern that appears as a very common problem? Lexus bails out on it and I find it bad. I bought my car new never slept one day outside the garage, never without solar protection and for this to happen and Lexus expecting you to pay for clear poor product is bad.

It may not be a common problem, but mine is doing the same thing! I think I'm gonna look into a DIY solution (as it's just trim, I can't imagine it's an integral part of the assembly itself). Anyways, if I do get around to fixing it and the results are acceptable I'll post a DIY on it, though I'm gonna keep searching the interwebs for a little while.
