Default need advice on an is250 headlight upgrade

So I am looking to replace my stock orange/yellow hi/low, dual beams, and fog lights with HID lights. I went to an auto store to look at bulbs, and it is looking like a pair of HID's are 60 dollars. I am wanting to know 3 things:

What are some of the lowest priced, yet quality HID bulbs I can put in my hi/low, dual, and fog lights?
Can all 3 of these sections of my lights be replaced by simply buying the bulbs and DIY installing, or do I need other pieces?
Is there a guide on clublexus or online that details this install process?

Thanks guys, as you can see, I want it to look good, but do not feel like spending a grand on this

First do you have oem hids and second what auto parts store did you go to as autozone, advanced don't sell HID bulbs. I hope youre not confusing something like silver star bulbs for hid bulbs.

Stock lights can be HID. You can't buy HID conversion kits at any auto parts store anyways.

Oem are 4500k I believe and d4s , made by Phillips , I would upgrade and buy some Phillips 6k d4s cool white if you are on a budget from amazon for about 90bucks, I've had them and they are pretty good and better looking then then the stock ones. If you got some extra cash hanging around just go for pure white Phillips 6k d4s from Nigels Jdm vendor online ... You can google his website, they run about 250, which is a fair price for the pure white.... Btw these references are all real and I have bought them personally. Just my penny idea. You can't go wrong with Phillips.... Personally I like them better then the garax bulbs.... Good luck with your choice

OK. So I won't need any type of conversion kit or module to replace my regular non hid bulbs with hid ones, correct? Will this work on my dual lights and fogs as well? Jdm, did you DIY or get someone to do it? I'm prepared to do it myself but haven't seen any sort of step by step from the forums anywhere. Thanks for your input up to this point guys.
