Default IS 250 Navigation Help!

I finally went through with it and bought a 2006 IS250 with rear facing camera. Though it is missing the navigation system.

I will be posting all the picture I have of the the wire harness, would be great if someone could inform me if a 2010 is250 navi system would fit mine.

note: to my knowledge the vehicle is bone stock except for what seems to have been a subwoofer upgrade.
Ash tray below and the vents above I have including trim pieces.

More pictures are posted below

Not salvaged or stolen. Navigation was not working owner sent it off to get it fixed never got it back. So sold it as is to me for dirt cheap.

Just judging from the pics of what ports the NAV has and the connections you have, the first thing I notice that the newer NAV doesn't have the these two inputs :

I've got a JDM 05 IS350 and nav is Japanese model so did a lot of investigating re changing nav unit. There are just to many differences with the newer nav units e,g. different bus connnections and multimedia ECU. It's not just a simple change of connectors. You need to get the 06-08 nav unit or a flyaudio (which will also require wiring mods).

I case the seller doesn't specifically state it, you can tell the 2009 and later NAV unit by the chrome strips down the side.

Awesome that seems to make sense. It really hard finding a cheap oem. Plus I got those what I assume are subwoofer leads.

I ended up putting a RoadRover unit in (there's a thread on here on wiring mods reqd). The plugs I think you are referring to are the antenna plugs

It looks like you got all the supporting plugs for an OEM nav unit. The top two single pin are for the vents which you are gonna need to purchase too
