IS350 bulb install DIY with pics
I purchased some Osram Xenerac CBI 5000k HID bulbs from The Retrofit Source. Installation was pretty easy. Overall I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend buying from The Retrofit Source. They have great customer service and you know you are getting an authentic bulb at a good price.
Tools needed:
10mm socket
flathead screwdriver
rubber gloves
D4S bulbs
First open the good and remove all the pushpins holding the plastic covers in the engine bay. To do this just push on center of the pushpins then they should easily pop out with a screwdriver.

Next remove the air intake. It has 2 10mm bolts.

You should easily be able to see the cover for the bulb now. Just pull the bar back to open it up.

Now twist the cap counterclockwise to remove it.

pop the two springs out of the way and pull the old bulb out. Just insert the new bulb the same direction as you got the old one out. USE RUBBER GLOVES AND DONT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB!!

now put everything back the way you took it apart. Next is the drivers side. Remove the tube for the windshield washer fluid. It is just a 10mm bolt and it easily pulls out.

Now do everything the same as the other side and put everything back the same way you took it off.
