Good job on the PDF. It seems you and I are alike in over analyzing upgrade options. The good thing is there are usually no surprises, the bad, it drives you crazy trying decide. Did you get some yet?

There are several different options from RSR, including Steel vs. Titanium, different specs for Japan and US cars, and additional options for convertibles. It appears that the Japan spec springs lower the front more than the rear, and the US spec springs lower the rear more than the front.

USA
RSR Down Ti2000 (USA) - Approximate Drop: Front 20-25mm / Rear 35-40mm. Spring Rates: Front 6.42kg/mm / Rear 4.07kg/mm

Japan
RSR Down - Approximate Drop: Front 15-20mm / Rear 10-15mm; Spring Rates: Front 6.07g/mm / Rear 3.27kg/mm
RSR Down Ti2000 - Approximate Drop: Front 15-20mm / Rear 10-15mm. Spring Rates: Front 6.07kg/mm / Rear 3.27kg/mm
RSR Superdown - Approximate Drop: Front 35-30mm / Rear 30-25mm. Spring Rates: Front 5.92kg/mm / Rear 3.57kg/mm
RSR Superdown Ti2000 - Approximate Drop: Front 35-30mm / Rear 30-25mm. Spring Rates: Front 5.92kg/mm / Rear 3.57kg/mm

I've been running Tein springs for some time now, but I'm thinking about coilovers/air cups/air bags now, but haven't decided yet.

One set I did not see on your list is PSI air suspension, this brand is known from FB LC 500 groups. Pricing is about $3k with air management 3P and its a full kit. Just haven't heard much about quality just yet. This is a tremendous list.

The best brands for air suspension that I've heard of for the LC 500 is Air Runer and T Demand

I'm in the same boat as you and your research is astounding! Have you gotten any closer to a decision on what you'll be going with? I can find some kits that are $3k w/ 3P airlift management included. But I want the best and the best cost around $5k and that's without air management or installation costs.

i haven’t decided yet! Ideally, I want active coilovers that are also electronically height adjustable. I’ve heard that air bag systems end up having too much associated maintenance. I plan to reach out to manufacturers soon to see if they can produce what I’m looking for.

I've decided to go with converting the OEM strut for the air. One thing I am having a hard time finding is aftermarket suspension parts. Looks like T-Demand is the only one that offer them and they are crazy expensive.

Thats the air suspension I just bought. Coming in hopefully by next week. I'm referring to the other parts from T-Demand, specifically these parts -
