Default Dealer Invoice Revealed

I have decided to edit my original post as I would not anyone at the dealership getting into trouble for a mistake on their part.
If anyone would like additional information please message me.

Received my title and other paperwork today.
Included in the packet was a Lexus dealer invoice.

Dealers have lots of wiggle room according to this info.
I feel I did very well on my purchase and have no regrets.
I am beginning to see some steep discounts from some west coast dealers along with some others in Florida.
With the release of the 24's in the next few months perhaps the 23's will finally start coming off Dealers ridiculous MSRP or nothing stance.

Last report I have seen lists 236 new convertibles for sale nationwide.

Are there any states with weird laws that would require a dealer to provide such info?

I have no idea.
There were no classified or secure markings on it but I have never received one before.

You can usually get invoice pricing on sites like Edmunds.com. It's not a secret.

Yes, you can but this went a little deeper than that.
I just felt that maybe it might have gotten someone in trouble if it was sent in error.

It might be "nice to know" information but it may not help someone negotiate a deal. Dealers here in FL are selling them shortly after they arrive so I do not see why they would sell for less than MSRP. There are some incentives on '23s though but that still does not change the selling price here.

I got a hair below 8k off mine, but I agree. Most dealers won't come off MSRP.
I am starting to see some FL dealers offering small discounts ~$1500
California dealers $3to $7k

That is a nice discount - Coupe or Convertible? I had a dealer refund my deposit today since they just sprung it on me that they are charging $10k over on a '24 Vert - no way. I have a few others though at MSRP so I should get what I want but there are zero discounts on '24s.

23 convertible. I have had it for two weeks now, awesome car.
I don't blame you for not going for that deal.
There should be plenty of dealers willing to sell for MSRP but with the 24's being an updated model I am sure a lot of them will try the market adjustment ploy.
Might have to travel a little for the right deal.
Good luck, you will not regret it one bit.

I am getting one for sure...I just bought the PPE Muffler Delete today and am having custom get badges made in Ireland as well! I am getting an Inspiration Convertible though so I did not expect to get any discounts - a dealer in Melbourne FL told me they want $20k over and a dealer in Orlando wants $25k over.
