Our first LC was Infrared and it is a special color. Some of Lexus’ colors are spectacular, but Cadmium orange is far from that. “Old man brown” would be a good name.
I think my next LC is gonna be 'ORANGE'. If you like InfraRed, gotta love the new 'Red'! It's different cause its 'Orange'. Its hot too cause its the color of the SuN.

Anybody out there with this 'old man brown' color? So what do you think? The car in this photo is actually colored 'Blazing Carnelian'. It is currently being offered
in Europe. The question at hand: Is the Orange LC in USA the same as the Orange LC in Europe? Apparently Not!
Having said that, infrared and structural blue are IMO the best colours for this car, with orange coming in third. I ordered mine in infrared (where I am from, its called radiant red contrast layering)

yes it's unfortunate you bought one of these beauties not long ago but don't care for the color!
i've not seen any other negative comments about the color though.
No doubt. Not seen gloss black factory rims. Esp with this color. Not bad at all.
Yeah I was pretty whiny yesterday about the color having less pop than Id prefer. Its very good quality paint, best of anything we have had short of a Bentley. People seem to like it but nothing like the reactions our Infrared coupe got.
And remember, Im coming off a McLaren 720S spider in Papaya Spark. Sneaky as a spaceship.
Loading up for the proverbial trip to the coast in the morning, its about 5 hours. This car is absolutely perfect for such a trip. And wont take very long to load 🙂
Edit: will strive for a couple of decent pics by the sea. Probably overcast tomorrow so good light.

have no clue what color papaya spark is, i assume a green? plus, IT'S A MCLAREN!
