On a storage compartment lid there is a latch, and on a body there is a [ shape hook.
is that one needs to be adjusted? I was thinking about that, I will try to press on a lid when it is closed and see if it has any play.

What is cover striker latch? If you look at my video, where I tried to shake those arms, those are not it right?
is it the latch mechanism of the compartment lid? And what brace you are talking about? The one inside storage the big one goes across the compartment with about 5 bolts on it?
if you would take some pictures and circle the area would be very helpful
