I think the most important routine points with the Alcantara is to keep the dust off it and the nap up. Alcantara that you routinely touch, a weekly wipe with a hot water soaked and wrung out microfiber and a brush of the nap up with the upholstry brush.

There is a YouTube with Alcantara so matted it looks like smooth leather and the Sonax brings it back to normal.

Www.griotsgarage.com is really good stuff also - they have been around for many years more than Chemical guys.

I have used Griots since the 80’s

Agree. Their paint correction system works well. In between washes, their ceramic detail spray works great. I have not used their interior line (i just use a water damp microfiber cloth) but confident it's quality stuff.

Do you guys, use leather conditioner after using the cleaner. I read sometime ago that the leather in modern cars is sealed and conditioner won't matter but make the seats feel sticky.

I purchased some Griot's leather cleaner but at the bottom of the bottle, it mentions that it darkens aniline leather. From what I know the LC500 interior is semi-aniline, would this be okay to use? Or should I get rid of it?

I do use the conditioner. However, I let it sit for hour plus then buff it down real good to take away the slick or sticky.

I don't. As you say, leather seats have a kind of plastic clearcoat, so I don't see the point. Happy to be corrected though. I just apply some 303 aerospace protectant after cleaning.
