2018 LC500 CarPlay voice commands not working?

2018 LC500 CarPlay voice commands not working?
I had Apple CarPlay installed on the LC by the dealership near me but for some reason voice commands don't seem to work at all. Is this normal on the 2018's? Could someone confirm with their LC's as well?
