AT&T Hotspot…
Has anyone bought the AT&T wireless hotspot package? My 30 day trial ends this week and would like to know if it is truly worth the extra money every month. Not sure it helps with phone cell coverage or what the true benefits are. Thanks as always.

Did you decide to renew? Someone told me that I wouldn't be able to see everything on the display like maps, music, etc. Is this true? I didn't understand why that would happen since everything is connected to my phone and bluetooth, but I don't want to risk it if that is not the case, Thanks.

I bought the ATT Hotspot. You only need it to connect extra devices like your phone or iPad. It was only $160 per year. It is okay not great. Sometimes you have to park the car to “turn it on” which is annoying. I want it to always start up with the car.
My radar detector connects to it (Escort Redline) and lets you know of reported cops ahead or the speed limit if the road.
I cannot tell a benefit for my iPhone signal. Now in my GMC the hotspot is amazing. It will have 4 bars while my iPhone is at 2 bars (iPhone is 15 Pro Max so great antenna in it)

It could be helpful if you use it as car wi-fi which you can use to connect wi-fi front camera and watch video stream on your phone connected to same wi-fi . This is what I try to investigate how to all connect together and don’t run cables and dismantle the interior to be able to connect beatsonic camera kit.
