2025 rumors?

I'm a little surprised no one else has mentioned this.
From another members earlier post.
If the poster typed it as it was spoken, at least The Dealer thinks There Will Be a 2025 LC. Bruce in Fl

Taking the deposit has nothing to do with what I said.
Find A Single Other Post where ANY Lexus employee even Alludes to the certainly of a '25 model.
You know.
The Title of this whole thread.
Thank you for your completely non sensical unhelpful response.
PS You actually think a dealer would take a '25 deposit if he knew for a fact there wasn't going to be any '25s?
See how helpful your post wasn't?

Come to F The Dragon (our annual F rally at the Tail of the Dragon). Usually a few LC500s there and the ones without aftermarket coolers pull over while the rest of the Fs keep it pushing. Super fun stuff! LC 100% needs coolers to truly have fun and to push the car anything more than a grandma would.
BTW, this rally had over 42 F cars (ISF, GSFs, and RCFs )ast year. Largest F gathering in the country! IS500s and LC500s are welcomed, but aftermarket coolers are required or else I guarantee you'll have to pull off. Pm me for more details!

'25 to be the last LC?
Replacement '26, twin turbo V8 hybrid.
Testing pic??
If this is it, I'm not real impressed.

Also, 2025 ES was announced today: BACK IN BLACK: LEXUS ES BLACK LINE SPECIAL EDITION RETURNS FOR 2025 - Lexus USA Newsroom
Though they also announced in June of last year, the ES seems to be on a different release schedule than the rest of the line up. I do hope we hear something before October, but I am not holding my breath.

Lexus Test Driver
A twin turbo V8 hybrid will not be an LC replacement. This vehicle will be this decades LFA and would expect extremely limited production run with an inflated price tag, further inflated by dealers. This will be a unicorn car not a regular flagship.

2025 will be the last MY for 2UR-GSE is my guess.
RC F successor LFR will debut in the year of 2026 European racing. The IS 500 was announced in 2022 and it's still produced. I bet it will continue for next year as well. LC 500 and RC F got discontinued in UK region, both of them do not get the IS 500 as well. Same for Australian market too. That makes LC 500 , RC F and IS 500 exclusive to - Canada, USA, Japan and Euro regions. If they axe RC F, a super low volume car it wont impact the builds on IS 500 and LC 500 as both sell more. But if they axe LC 500 I bet the 2UR-GSE will be completely gone from Lexus forever.
Mr. Yaguchi san (grandfather of Lexus F) also retired from Lexus in 2020. So this new LFR / Toyota GR GT3 concept / LFA II won't be an F car for damn sure. Lexus is not going to build an F car anymore, they abandoned the philosophy of making the best car of an F model being last model year (RC F 2022+ seen many downgrades). Since GT3 homologation rules say about 300 production cars, I expect Toyota to only make it a limited run and not a full on production variant like LC or RC F. They want to move away from the big engines and F but milk the F-Sport bastardization esp when they will be only using this V8 TT 4.0L engine in single car, 2UR-GSE is used in one non performance car very unique Japan exclusive Toyota Century with a Hybrid motor so no way they will use this high performance in that car or future Century (rough guess). By chance If they make a full production variant, it will compete with AMG GT / Porsche 911 price class not LC class anymore.
On a side note, the RC F debuted in 2015 and went into racing since 2016. It won them IMSA Weathertech GT3 races and they also won 2024 LeMans 24 Hr places with the RC F GT3 too, not podium finishes but still under 10th position beating several high performance GT3 Euro cars with the 2UR-GSE 5.4L variant, remarkable achievement of the IS F carried throughout 2008 to 2025. Legendary engine.

I just wondered about something.
i wonder what the '25 Inspiration will look like. They've done what I consider the better colors. I can see them NOT doing Black or Cavier, there are places in the U.S.
where it's just too damn hot for black cars. Hard to keep clean. IMO, fairly polarizing colors, either you really do or you really don't. Somehow I don't see the Nori being there.
Maybe the Copper but to me, that's still a small stretch. The similar in the past, other makers, "Cadmium Oranges" weren't that popular.
Probably the most logical choice would be CG.
Hmmm.
