I just gave them a call. They mentioned the car is for the GM. It's silly they still have it listed on their website, perhaps just to generate some traffic, I suppose.
This thread mirrored my experience and I wanted to share my LC journey with you folks. I've been looking at the LC for about a year and last month, I decided to get serious.
I wanted a 2024 and narrowed my preferences to either a bespoke build with blue mica or the Inspiration. Came across several opportunities on the blue mica and was ready to buy a coupe option available in Knoxville about a month ago. I hesitated due to work/family distractions, as well as deciding if I wanted to pay the extra cost of shipping it across the country. Came back 2 days later to do the deal and someone else had already purchased it, perhaps someone on this site. Anyways, been focused on the IS since then actually preferring the convertible to enjoy the west coast weather and to really hear those exhaust tones, plus it's just as quiet as a coupe with the top up based on test drives. FWIW, I had also called Keyes Lexus on the coupe and was told the same thing as others have noted.
Summary: After calling many many dealers and making offers at 4 of them, I was able to get a convertible IS with no dealer markups nor add-ons. Put down the deposit last week and expecting delivery next month.

Love my Vert, it’s very pleasurable to drive (just did a 1K trip) and you don’t see many on the road. Crazy thing is I didn’t test drive either one, just knew I had to have it. Took it out today just to cruise around which is something I don’t think I’ve ever done in my life.
Well folks, the car came early. The polar surge satin and the deep blue interior is just stunning in person. Photos and videos simply do not capture the magic of this color combination. As an added bonus, the dealership happened to have a pair of LFAs in the showroom. Today was a good day!
