For in stock units, I think if you make contact, offer 10% or $10k off, appear serious but then walk away when they don't say yes, at the end of the month which is also the end of the quarter.they'll either contact you or you can contact them and see if they'll take it. They can if they want to.
I believe CarEdge.com tracks how many days the cars are on dealer lots so also targeting cars that have been in stock for many months will help too.

I got a dealer selling me a black on black bespoke $118.8k msrp for $105+TTL.
is this a good deal or I should wait?

its a 2024. I actually wanted White with Red int. and red top with msrp $119k. best I could get on that is $110+ttL and 5 hour drive away

My dealership had an Ultrasonic Blue convertible out at the local auto show. It was $122,000 if I’m not mistaken. It was absolutely stunning though. I didn’t ask about any discounts on it though.

It’s the most expensive LC I’ve seen in person and the first convertible I’ve checked out since they came out.

The question is, is it exactly what you want? Because the difference between a great deal on a car that the dealer has obviously had a hard time selling, and "exactly what you want" via a bespoke build at MSRP is just 12%. And saving 12% to get not-exactly-what-I-want isn't a choice I'd make.

Assuming it's a '24 based on the price? The '23's and earlier usually topped out in the $113K range.
