Default L-Certified

On the CPO 160 or so point inspection sheet, they have to measure and note actual thickness in mm of brake pads, rotors and also depth of tire thread in all 4 corners.
What do those numbers mean. How thick is a new pad, and what is considered below minimum, etc. I assume these have to be at least 50% remaining life for it to pass the certification inspection?
This can be a good negotiation point when looking to buy a certified LC.

Tires 5/32nds or greater and brakes 6mm or greater. This would be at or about 50 percent or greater. If either is under they will have already changed them out to meet certification.

What year is the car? There is a TSB that the dealer will replace the brakes for free if you complain about noise and brake dust.
