2022 LC500 with about 6k miles.
I recently found a "ding" or "scratch" on one of the alloy wheels.
Eek !! Now I can't sleep at night.

Any suggestions on best way to remedy?

This looks relatively minor, you can possibly find mobile rim repair services that will come to your home to fix it, anything more extensive that do not warrant rim replacement they can take it back to their shop to fix, shouldn't cost more than a couple/few hundred dollars.

If you have the tools, I'd mask off area surrounding the chip and sand it (or file if large dent) smooth. Then try polishing it out (unless paint is req'd) Otherwise, like previously mentioned, mobile wheel repair is where i'd start, and i'd be shocked if >$200.

Agree...nothing a $5-10 can of clear-coat can't handle...or even a clear paint pen.
