Also wrt the chrome mirror trim, katanas and exhaust... Was disappointed I couldn't grey/smoke them out. However the car still sits quite well. I wanted the black rims and smoking as it's just the style I want and as much as I appreciate all LCs, chrome on the grill, lights and wheels just isn't me. I was worried the car would look like it's stuck between two worlds. But it doesn't. I'll leave it as is, and probably do no cosmetic mods. The balance is nice and had me pleasantly surprised.

300km in and loving it.

Bespoke is not worth the wait. If you find a bespoke with the color combo you like, buy that one. Even if it may be missing some features you want. The bespoke certificate is a joke. You breathe on that thing and it will crumble.
Also, some performance package has the upgraded wheels. I saw this at my dealership today. It’s white with performance package and the upgraded 10 split spokes wheels and look quite amazing.

If you find the color combo that you’d like, one could make the argument that a loaded non-Bespoke is preferable to a Bespoke. (I’m not sure how I land on that.) Most of the Dynamic Handling package is standard with a Bespoke, but you can’t get the rear wheel steer or variable steering ratio no matter who you beg. Personally, I hate cars with variable steering, always have, but some people like it. I wouldn’t mind rear wheel steering. It seems like every inventory car is white, and I think that can push some people into a Bespoke by itself.

There’s nothing Dynamic Handling about a package that does not have rear wheel steer and vgrs. So saying all bespoke model come with dynamic handling package minus the RWS and VGRS is wrong. Bespoke model comes with sports package which includes the sport seats and the LSD.
While I do agree Lexus tend to make white vehicles and I would not go for one, there’s plenty of other color with DH. They’re continue to make more 2024 model and some of these late year model have the upgraded 10 split spoke wheels.
I guess what I’m trying to say is Bespoke is not the only way to get an LC. And honestly, it’s really not worth the wait and the price you pay at msrp. I rather find one DH package that’s already on the ground and negotiate.
These LC do go quick. Even the white I saw this morning already has a sold tag on it but it had been on the ground for over a month at the dealer. I’m sure the buyer had some good negotiation room.

The yellow one from Lexus of Clearwater was literally just allocated. It's being built. If you want that one you're gonna wait just as long as you would for a bespoke. It needs to be built, boated, cleared at port, and get to your dealer. It's easily gonna be 3 months and a bespoke wouldn't be much longer.

Just because a vehicle shows up in a dealer inventory page does not mean it is immediately available to drive home.

This is a 100k+ vehicle. People should order and get what they want. If they want a bespoke so they get exactly what they want and don't care about waiting then they should do that. It shouldn't matter to anyone else and we certainly shouldn't blanket say "it's not worth it." it might be worth it for some people who don't have any kind of urgent need for this vehicle in their driveway.

It’s not worth it. That’s my opinion.
Don’t take it too serious.
If only Lexus let you do what you want in a Bespoke then my opinion would change. But not able to add features that is in your other package is dumb!

I agree they do not understand what bespoke means lol. It's just more package options with limited customization, not really at all on the level of how other automakers who offer custom orders do it, but it is more than Toyota/Lexus has ever offered in recent history

And do you know how hard it is to find a dealer that even know Lexus has a Bespoke system? I spoke with no less than 5 dealers to find one that finally wanted to spend some effort to start one. But ultimately I changed my mind. This was August last year. Then in April, one of the dealer I spoke with called and said he has a Bespoke coming and if I’m interested.
How you called something Bespoke when the manufacturer started to do their own Bespoke vehicles lol. Plus the certificate that doesn’t come with the car at the time of purchase. And with all that effort, you would think they would put it on something more durable. I don’t care if it’s unicorn **** on bamboo paper. That thing would literally crumbled when you breathe on it. I would think it would be something more durable.

Interesting thoughts and I'd say everyone is "right" in their thinking and opinion. For me I'm happy with my bespoke and it couldn't be more perfect:

-Getting sport options I wanted
-Being able to "remove a rear spoiler, 4wheel steering and VGRS is something I wanted to do. Yes, technically these weren't available, but I didn't want them in the *** bespoke performance pack
-Black wheels and grey trim were a must for me and I didn't want to do post purchase mods
-The cert is nice. Yes it's flimsy but it makes me feel special :P
-Cost: my vehicle was 124k CAD (MSRP without PDK taxes etc). And I got every option I wanted, none I didn't want. And the bonus (in Canada) of not paying for the winter package, HUD, wallet key or carbon scuff plates.

We're very fortunate to own this car and mine is perfect.
