Default aftermarket wheel question

24 LC 21" wheels stock front 8.5 rear 9.5

aftermarket front 9.0 rear 10.5
do the wider rims affect the tire front being 1/2" wider and rears a whole 1"

Basically are you asking if the stock tires will fit on those rims ? Yes they should.

just be careful of the offset. +20mm offset allows you to clear the huge brake Calipers. Anything lower might cause issues.

My Vossen wheels are 9½" wide in front and 10½" out back. My offsets are +5 in front and +15 rear. I'm running 255/40/19 and 295/35/19 in back.

As far as stock tires fitting the wheel widths you are suggesting - Yes, 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 fall within the range to fit those wheels.

if you are purchasing aftermarket wheels, have the vendor spec it out for you. Typically they wont have the same exact offset with aftermarket wheels but they should get your fitment correct so it clears the brakes and fits the car correctly.

^^^^Apparently those wheels are available in two widths for the staggered 21" setup for the LC. The offset and bolt pattern seems to be the customers choice:
