convertible power window problem
Both rear windows on my 24 convertible are closed and won't open. The passenger door and console window switches are not working. Both door windows work normally with the driver door window switches. I've performed the jam protection procedure in the manual to no avail. Any ideas? Does anyone know which fuse box holds the window fuses?

sounds like a problem with the top mechanism. Take it back to shop to get it looked it, it must be something misaligned somehow.
The rear 2 windows (those tiny glass) are only controlled by that switch next to the convertible top operation. That button lowers all windows/raises all windows.
You cannot control the rear windows from the driver side or passenger side.

When you operate your top, does it lower back windows? If so then it looks like it could be an operator problem. I hope you were trying yo open those windows with a switch at center console.
if when you open your top windows don’t move then it is a big problem. Take it to a dealer to fix.

@microsup has the right question: Do the rear windows operate when putting the roof up/down? If so your windows are fine. I suspect that you accidentally hit the 'rear window child lock' button. Happened to me and it drove me mad till I figured it out. Check this first before driving 2h to the dealer. Why this button is needed for the convertible is beyond me though.

the child looks would only lock out the front windows (and only for the passenger I believe). The rear's are controlled by the top operation lever, or the "all window" button to the right of that top operation lever.

Ok, to make it clear I just tested how it works on mine.
when child lock ON then central switch which operates windows don’t work at all, but front windows still work fine from door switches. When child lock is OFF then central switch operates as it should.
So to make story short: if child lock is on then back windows will not move.

Relieved for the simple fix!

Did the same thing when I tore the entire console and dash apart to install the front camera harness. 3 days tearing it apart and 1 putting it back together and hoping I didn't mess anything up. Must have pushed the window disable button sometime during the process and panicked that I had done something bad. Couldn't figure why it worked the front from the door buttons but not the rear wing windows. Eventually got to it after I sat and thought about it for a while. What a relief.
