How long does it takes to get delivery
#32
That's awesome! As I said, I've heard that some people usually wait way longer.

I just placed an order today for a Bespoke convertible in Ultrasonic Blue with Blue/white interior. Hoping 4 months is about right. No more V-8 for the 2025 MY made me pull the trigger.

Erm, I think you saw a bad article. The V8 is not dead for MY2025. Though MY2025 is likely to be the last year of the LC 500.

My dealer, Lexus Temecula Valley (SoCal), has your spec car sitting on their lot. Saw it today. They say they’ll deal on it. New, 2024. Ask for Jonathan or Sales Mgr, Ryan. I just bought an ordered ‘24 coupe from them. Good luck.

Just updating on my end for any Canadians wondering about bespoke delivery timelines. I ordered Feb 3rd and last week was told it'll arrive week of June 17th. I've since gotten an update saying week of July 2nd. Let's see if it shifts any more as we move forward. But for Canadians, temper your expectations a closer to 5 months, unlike our 3-3.5 month Amerifriends.

But maybe it will go to 2026, it’s certainly possible. I just don’t think there’s a likely chance of having many more years left.
in any event, the V8 is not dead just yet.

Eh, it’s not official but the writing is on the wall given how long the car has been out and sales volumes. And for what it’s worth, people with connections to Toyota/Lexus reps (like Savagegeese who just did an LC 500 video) strongly suspect the same.

My dealer reps say the same, “…’25/26 expected to be the final LC500 model years.” With the cars no longer to be sold in Europe and Africa even now, the potential market has already shrunk. Thus making continuing production even more uneconomical or viable. The world moves on … Question becomes, what really comes next, if anything. Nothing but pure conjecture so far.

Which wheels were on this one? I would like most of the other options but some are not as important to me as others.

Maybe you have access to great information but there are many articles stating that the V8 is discontinued after MY '24 (including my dealership...which I admit is not gospel). Everything I can find says the MY 25 will have a V6 hybrid electric. Besides it was a great excuse for me to get off fence and go for it.

Im guessing that the V8 will stay the same for 25 after they updated the screen.....also ordered new wheels and the 24s use wheel lugs and not lug nuts,,,,,wheel supplier was caught off guard after hearing it from me not being able to attach my wheels. No problem he has them on the way.N/C

Not sure if those are the Gloss Black Metallic ($40) or the Matte Black finish ($1,960).
That may be a $1,920 difference and 100% don't want any dealer installed options (Door Edge Trim and Quick charge cables).
I am also thinking that covered transport from SoCal to Nashville would be another $2-3K .
Not sure they are going to knock off $5-6K to make this a viable transaction,
Thanks for showing it to me. I think I will just go with my custom ordered LC just the way I want it. If I'm spending $120K I might as well get exactly what I want.

The best time to get an LC500 is now. Used car prices have fallen and new cars can be had for pretty good discount.
There’s no guarantee on what tomorrow will bring but I can assure you that if Lexus decided to stop production on LC500, prices on new will hold steady at msrp and there are few 2024 that are left.
Even if they do continue til 2026, I highly doubt much will be changed. Just look at where we are now and 2018 launch. They might go out with a bang and include the option if the oil cooler seen in the ‘24 inspiration series.
I wish I’ve gotten mine sooner but the color I want wasn’t available until the 2024 MY.
