Default Rear wheel well - tabs and screws

Has anyone had to replace lost wheel well screws? I am missing one on the rear wheel well. Is there a part number? Also, on the bottom side of that wheel well ( back passenger side) if you lay on the ground and look up, there is a tab that holds that wind deflector piece ( it’s all one piece attached to the housing) to the bottom trim of the vehicle. Is there a part number associated with that tab and is it hard to replace?
This was purchased as a CPO and should Lexus be installing these as part of their agreement?
See pics and thanks for input.

They look pretty generic to me and not worth going back to the dealer for.

Thanks NickL. I feel lazy that you found them so quick and I could’ve looked up myself. Appreciate it!
