Default Battery Drain with seat belt latched- car off?

A bought a security type device that loops around the steering wheel and clicks into the seat belt. The car seat will go to the preset location once it latches into the buckle. My question is will this cause a parasitic drain since the seat is "on" even though the car is off. I think it might be similar to the old fashioned leaving the lights on even if the car is off type of battery drain.
Thanks!

I don’t think it does. It’s a one time positioning change of the seat.
You can always set the car seat to not move back when you turn off the car via OBD setting or dealer customized the setting for you.
