This is now one of those things once seen can't be "unseen" (like the side mirror retractions and Vert roof gap). Maybe material thickness would prevent the visual cue, but if they are related to heating/cooling I'm not sure how they could be eliminated. It does seem the lighter the color the more it's visibility, can't really see the perforations on my black seats without really searching for them.
