Default Convertible trunk mat

This may have been covered elsewhere, but spent an hour of hunting for a vert all weather trunk mat, I could not find one. So I tinkered. Cut off 8-9” on the back, and make to small slits on the left and the fit is perfect. My version of OEMish.

I hated the rickety covers in the trunk over the battery.

Is your convertible a 2024?

The color is USB so it’s a 2024.
And OP has referenced a 24 in his previous posts.

I already looked there and saw this at the top so I moved on. I think you’re looking at the coupe mat, man.

What’s the difference between ‘24 trunk and previous model?
It takes a little bit of time for the system to update the comparability list. Did you try to call your dealer?

It seems to be showing a mat for the coupe, which has a deeper trunk, not the vert trunk. I don’t think there is a difference in the years.

Maybe the site is not accurate with the fit or images. Similar to the wrong info about the wheel bolts.

Either way, I got my mat for a steal and I did good work

As the system states there is not a mat, carpet or all weather, that fits the 2024! They just throw it in and it sits up against the fix a flat pump. More attention to detail!

I just added my own slits. Looks perfectly perfect to me!

I put my first aid kit below the decking and moved the pump over to the passenger side and so far it friction fits back in that space quit well. Your set up looks good. I just have carpet. Did not see a need for rubber mat. Nothing messy is going to happen back there.

Frankly I got tired of shampooing the carpet from the road kill remnants, each time. This should be able to be hosed down.
