Trust me I was infuriated when this happened. I've previously owned M8 Comp, 911 Carrera T, M3, M4 vert, and S2000 in the past which are all generally known to be driver-oriented enthusiasts' cars.
Out of all the cars I've owned, this LC vert is by far the most enjoyable to drive with its NA V8 and how it makes you feel while driving and even just looking at it sitting on the driveway. I love this car so much that I hand wash it at least once a week!
So this little incident at the dealer really got to me and it started stressing me out more and more when I think about it.
But at the end of the day, s''t happens in life that's out of my control, so while I'm not happy about getting a loaner, but it's the realistic resolution that I'm coping with.
So need for anymore sarcasm as we are just all here for our love for cars!

People spit in food, like waiters and cooks? whenever I fall asleep at the dentists I always think they go through my wallet and stuff.

Good that you have found a resolution to the car and yourself. Enjoy the car. Your health is much more important.

I had an IS 350 F Sport. Every time Lexus performed a brake job, they scratched up my rims. And, every time i pointed it out they repaired them. Very careless. When they replaced the ac actuator they scuffed up my interior and scratched my upholstery removing the dashboard and steering wheel. That scratch over time developed into a tear under the thermal stress of the Florida heat. Not one time did they own up to the issues they created. I had to point it out to them.

i know how you feel as I am very meticulous about my cars as well. I hope they do great repair and you remain happy with the car.
