Many service writers are unaware of which vehicles get a 10K complimentary service and give this away for free.

So I contacted Lexus regarding the LexusCare for the '24 LC500. The response is below:

They sent me the exact attachments you showed above as well.

I hope I'd get the "free 10k maintenance" from a clueless Service Advisor when the time comes.

I have a 2024 LC that just hit 1,000 miles. I want to schedule the 1,000 mile inspection with oil change (I'm fine paying out of pocket for this). Can I trust any Lexus dealer to do the service well or are certain dealers certified to work on an LC500? Just wondering if this is something I should consider when selecting a dealer to service the car.

Have some trust. Or do it yourself. lol
I was told from my dealership that only Master techs are allowed to work on F cars and LC500. What really happens in the back, I don’t know. And I’m okay to trust them.
Recently, they have been sending videos showing what’s needed to be done on my RX like pads, treadware, rotors.

Doing it myself is out of the question LOL. That's good to know! I feel much better about trusting the dealer to work on my LC.

Is this screenshot from the manual? I'd like to show it to the service department since they didn't know what I was talking about. They said the first maintenance service is at 5,000 miles.

That information is found in the warranty and maintenance guide.

@NEVADA please disregard my previous question, I just found it in the "Warranty and Services Guide" manual that came with the car. Also, I got a call back from the dealer service department and they were able to verify that there is indeed a 1,000 mile service. I guess they don't get too many new LC500s coming through their service department.

Funny. I find it crazy that an LC500 owner has to educate the Lexus service department on what it says in the Lexus services guide. Then that dealer will ask for a 5-star review.
