Are you guys and gals driving the hybrid version or something? I always hover around 292 mpg after a refuel. I have tried different gas stations to see and it's always consistent. I average around 14 mpg after the refuel and it's mainly city driving of 2-5 miles a trip.

Your driving habits are basically the death of mpg. City driving and short trips = notoriously low mpg, your numbers are not surprising given your use case for the vehicle.

I understand that, but after the refuel the computer estimates 292 mpg on a full tank for me. Is yours showing 500+ like the person above and the computer utilizes past driving behavior to calculate it?

I got 30 mpg on a recent long interstate trip on my '24 V8 coupe, which was a pleasant surprise. That would give over 600 miles of range. Quite impressive. On a shorter interstate trip recently I got 25 mpg, so there is some variability here.

The computer estimates based on your average driving then re-adjusts over the time of your tank. So, if you’re averaging low mpg, your range estimate will necessarily be low.

For this car, I don't go by the MPG metric. I use the SOS (size of smile on my face) metric. It's definitely below 20mpg, but I don't care.

Has anyone noticed a difference in MPG when using ethanol versus non-ethanol gas? I am still waiting to get my LC, but in my current car I get about 25% better mileage if I use non-ethanol gas. So I do.

this thread is sad to me. if you're fixated on mpg this is not the car for you. and eco mode? why would anyone use it?

having said that, i noticed above the hybrid has a bigger tank than the ice lc and presumably gets a huge range (500-600?).

Actually I believe that's the generally recognized fuel point to help minimize fuel absorbing moisture.

Ethanol is less efficient than non. What you see is normal.

please don’t be sad people just want to know how to save a little bit that’s it.
for example I was always wonder where to buy gas. At Costco is cheaper but it has up to 10% ethanol, or next to it shell which is more expensive but no ethanol. If I can get better mileage and performance without ethanol I would pay more and get more.
