This is s little above my pay grade, but I think while Ethanol is less efficient that gas, ICE engines can be Tuned to get more HP with Ethanol.
Of course, at the detriment of gas Mileage.
I would think Tune by Loi could give you a little Ethanol bumpity bump.

The closest pump in NH to me is racing fuel with lead. No thanks.
The closest pump that has true E0 unleaded is 2 hours away.

Thanks. I was checking that. Too much effort where I live. There’s really no pump that sells E0 fuel. Packaged fuel that cost $14 a gallon and in 5 gallon drum.

I got nearly 600 miles on a tank when returning from Las Vegas to Denver (southern / I-40 route) after a rally. My '21 convertible regularly measured 32.6 MPG in Comfort / Eco on long stretches of interstate. 10th gear, cruise set to 82-83 MPH, the car was doing around 1700-1800 RPMs. I ran both Eco and Comfort in ~20 mile sections as an experiment and the MPG was the same, so my long distance cruising is done in Comfort.

On pickup with 11 miles on the odo and a full tank the range read 311 miles. I've since put 98 miles on it and the range reads 235 currently.
I've noticed trips around town that are short really crush the mpg. I set my info display 1 to show mpg since start and on some of these trips I get 12-14mpg. When I had my longer drive late at night home from the dealer with fewer red lights and less traffic I got 19mpg, still mostly suburban driving.
I haven't taken it on the highway yet and won't until I get PPF later this month, so around town really depends on how much stop and go you're doing. I haven't even been getting on it at all as I'm still in the break in, all my shifts have been at under 4k RPM.

fueling up a convertible question
Getting ready for first fill up and I was reading the owners manual. The manual suggests that the top and windows need to be in the closed position to put fuel in. Is this correct or am I reading this wrong. My other convertible's I could fuel up with the top down. Just verifying before I hit Costco for my fill up. BTW I am averaging 22 MPG with mixed driving during break end.

I think the manual says for coupes that you should close the doors and windows also, which you definitely don't have to do.
It probably says that for liability purposes in case of a spill that it doesn't end up inside the vehicle and/or on your passengers, after which you try to sue Lexus or claim damage replacement of interior parts/electronics as a result of it.
I'm averaging 18 or so around town driving mostly during break in, but I've been doing all my driving with the windows down and the AC on full blast (Lo + max fan).

OTOH; People do stupit things these days with gas nozzles.
Even a few drops of gasoline rank up there with liquidied decomposed human body tissue as things you don't want inside your car.
You'd probably Never get the smell all the way out of Either one.

^^^^I have a story about that in my past. Back in the 80s when I was living in Santa Barbara, I went to a station for a fillup. There was a car next to me where an attendant and the owner were both involved in putting gas in a vehicle. When the tank was full, the owner thought the attendant had removed and nozzle and hose from his car, and he drove off. The nozzle was still attached to the vehicle, and the hose tore spewing gasoline everywhere. The attendant and the car owner started yelling at each other. I yelled, "Get into the office and switch everything off." I then walked across the street until things settled down. When I returned there was gasoline on my car and they were hosing everything down. It was a good thing my windows were closed
