Hi everyone,
I picked up a new White 2021 LC 500, Toasted Caramel, Sand top. Included a few photos below. The first one was taken pre-delivery, and while waiting for the guy in finance. The outside ones were taken after full front expel PPF, including pillar and top of windshield, ceramic coated with Opti Coat Pro+, and expel 35% tint (Just for looks and I didn't want to go too dark). Having driven the 2021 coupe, same color, with the dynamic handling package, I prefer the natural LSD feeling of the convertible. I felt that there was more natural feedback from the car. Now, with only 140 miles on it, I'm not pushing it that hard yet

Welcome yo the site, Lot's of GREAT information here and lots of GREAT folks to share it with
Confused by the above statement Does your LC have the LSD option? The Dynamic handling package does indeed have the LSD and more including RW steering.

i've not driven a car without the dynamic handling (performance) package, but i am in awe of the setup with it on my car.
for another month i have 3 cars (the genesis g90 is a lease and goes back next month) but the difference in driving experience between the 3 is pretty hilarious.
genesis g90 - huge sedan, rwd, handles well for what it is, steering is pretty 'boaty' (compared to LC!) but no understeer to speak of.
toyota camry (aka 'the appliance' ) major fwd understeer, pretty horrible steering, i drive it like a rental car
lc with dh pkg, very quick steering, flat, drives like a go kart - steering and handling are beyond my abilities or confidence, it's hilarious in comparison to other two

Hi All - Quick introduction.
After a few months of lurking and learning from the forum I finally purchased a new to me Ultra White/Circuit Red 2021 with the Dynamic Handling Package. Previous owner had ceramic tint done and I just had PPF and ceramic coating applied. Love the car so far but the buying experience left a lot to be desired.
Buying Experience Pros:
Purchased online through a Toyota dealer and it was a fantastic buying experience. Great service, communication, price, and they helped me get the car shipped. Price was $89.9K with 700 miles.
Buying Experience Opportunity Areas:

Buying Experience Opportunity Areas:
- Local dealer wouldn't deduct more than $2K off of MSRP
- Same dealer had over $4K in "add-ons" ranging from tint, PPF, interior protection, LoJack+++
- They offered to remove these but I certainly didn't trust them to do so without mangling the car. The PPF that was installed was bubbly.
- 4+ out of state Lexus dealerships would only quote MSRP
- 1 out of state Lexus dealership finally responded after a week to let me know the car I inquired about was sold
- 1 out of state Lexus dealership just couldn't give me a price. After 3 times back and forth I reached out to the GM who never responded

89.9k for a '21 with options and 700 miles is an incredible deal. Well done.
that's about 16k under msrp i think. I don't know what your expectations were for pricing of a 'new' one from a lexus dealer, but there are really very few of these on the market, especially with the dynamic handling package. This isn't buying some mass-produced average car.
I had mixed results looking for a car too... from msrp take it or leave it, or just a small discount, or what i ended up with (not going into that but i was satisfied).
Anyway, congrats! Can you say what you paid for ppf/ceramic and how much of the car you put film on? I still haven't had mind done yet but plan to soon. I only have ~350 miles on my car.

Hmm - When I bought my LC in Lincoln Nebraska (I'm in Arizona). I had no such issues. I was looking at another LC in Wyoming. Both dealers negotiated with me over the phone. I sent the dealer I chose a $10K retainer (credit card) and flew out after the car with a friend. They picked me up at the airport in Omaha. They accepted a personal check for the amount agreed upon. No hidden fees. They even provided 30 day tags for the drive home.

As for the cost of the PPF/Ceramic I paid:
PPF:
Partial Front (Includes Full Hood): $1315
Door Sills: $160 (Should have been $80 I believe)
Full Roof: $350
15% Discount: ($273.75)
Opti-Coat Pro Ceramic Single Coat: $1100
15% Discount: ($165)
Total paid: $2486.25

Awesome forum, glad to be a new member!
Just bought my 2018 Smoky Granite Micah LC500 with Rioja Red interior. Bought it stock and since I have had RSR Titanium springs installed, expel and ceramic coating added - gorgeous! Have known I would have one since seeing the LF-LC in 2012😈
Getting expel and ceramic coating added
First day at home!
Before RSR Titanium Spring install
First night home
