It all depends really on where you keep your car. If it's stored outside, then it's going to get dirt under the cover after just a short time anyway. And if you don't dust it off every time before you cover it, it will have dirt on it.

So the best way is probably to keep it indoors in which case you can just cover it with a lightweight "indoor" cover that is flimsy and won't rub on the paint when installing and removing. Best of all is if you have a way of lifting the cover straight up without any dragging on the paint. It will help very much if you ALWAYS have someone on the other side to help move the cover. Otherwise, you will drag it across the hood and trunk every time. And don't even ask about removing it when it's wet or has snow on it!

Thanks for your reply. I keep the car in my garage when it is not being driven. The garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor. Dust still gets inside the garage. I can wash the car, immediately park it in the garage, and within 24 hours there will be a thin layer of dust on it. It's really noticeable to me since my LC is blue mica. I'm looking to cover it while it is specifically in the garage. I wouldn't think of leaving it outside for an extended period of time. I'll check out the suggestions you and others made. Thank you.

Thank you, 355F1! That is exactly the kind of response I hoped for - someone who could refer a specific kind from personal experience - and conveniently providing the link was above and beyond! If it was good enough for you Ferrari, it should be good enough for my LC.
Thanks to your post, I just ordered a stretch one in red along with the storage 🎒. This should look/fit great as well as help keep the dust off of the LC when it's parked in my garage. Thanks again!

Default Car cover

Hello everyone
i am looking for a lightweight indoor cover for 22 lc convertible that is easy to put on and take off. It’s just to keep the dust off in my garage. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot for your help

I'm one of those garage-less people... I'm on a waiting list- my complex has garages and there's 19 people ahead of me... Plus a house in NJ is 600K-900K+... $112K for a car feels like a bargain...
Especially when they sooooo purty...!

I know plenty of people who have garages but their cars are outside. Their garage is filled with junk.
