Default 22" Wheels w/ All-Season Tires??

1) My wife wants to use this car for longer trips so ride comfort is a concern. How much difference in ride comfort would there be between the 21" factory runflats and 22" Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 non-runflats? (I live in Iowa and need all-season tires.)

2) The wheels I'm looking at are 22x9 & 22x10.5 with +15 offset. Will the following tires fit without rubbing or other issues?
Front: 265/30ZR22 with 28.3" diameter and 10.4" width OR 265/35ZR22 with 29.3" diameter and 10.7" width
Rear: 285/30ZR22 with 28.7" diameter and 11.4" width

For comparison purposes: here are the stock dimensions.
Front: 28.7" diameter and 9.8" width
Rear: 28.7" diameter and 10.9" width

1: Feedback from Vossen - "not much noticeable difference in ride comfort". However, no run-flats in the 22" size, so you'll need to bring along a spare, tire sealant, or a flat-bed truck.
2: Plenty of room. No rubbing. I believe Vossen has been doing 10mm-15mm offsets:
