Instrument Panel Ring Position

Instrument Panel Ring Position
One of the cool interior features of the LC is the sliding instrument panel ring. I like it so much I keep it set so that it slides to the right when I turn on the car and returns to center when I turn off the car. That way I get to see it do that at least twice when I drive it! That led me to wonder what's typical for LC owners? So what say you? Do you leave the instrument panel ring in the center most of the time, or do you let it slide back and forth?
An alternate, but related question is: if you do keep it to the right while driving, what do you mainly display in the space to the left of the ring and why?
Yeah, lots of questions. Feeling kinda nerdy right now.

The option to display information in many different ways is almost overwhelming. I usually display media info on the left side of the ring, map and climate on the main screen. However, my attention should be directed a little bit higher to the HUD, I'm still not used to looking there.

I typically will have the compass left of the ring, with the map and audio on the main screen. I use the HUD quite a bit as well. As you said, lots of options for displaying information. I like it!

500h owner so I run the vehicle info-energy flow on the left side ring, or the MPG and range, just to see how much I can push it. Main screen varies among map, entertainment and climate. I still cannot figure out how to stop the highway exit info from popping up automatically on the right screen - I think it is just built into the Nav....
