Possibly this issue is only with NA specs. Mine got everything… except the screw driver!

Tires are run flats that are good for 50 miles flat, so don't need a jack. I keep an air pump and can of fix flat in the car (look for one that won't damage the TPS sensors).

A jack is not included if you have no spare and have “Drive Flat” tires. My NX 350 had nothing. I got stuck on the beach and a friend was going to tow me out however I had no “Tow Hook” and had to pay $200 for a tow. This hook SHOULD BE INCLUDED!! I ordered one & they charged me $65. I called Lexus arguing my point. They FINALLY mailed it to me at NO COST postage & the Tow Hook - free. They also refunded my $200 tow cost! It pays to ask!!
