Possibly this issue is only with NA specs. Mine got everything… except the screw driver!

Tires are run flats that are good for 50 miles flat, so don't need a jack. I keep an air pump and can of fix flat in the car (look for one that won't damage the TPS sensors).

A jack is not included if you have no spare and have “Drive Flat” tires. My NX 350 had nothing. I got stuck on the beach and a friend was going to tow me out however I had no “Tow Hook” and had to pay $200 for a tow. This hook SHOULD BE INCLUDED!! I ordered one & they charged me $65. I called Lexus arguing my point. They FINALLY mailed it to me at NO COST postage & the Tow Hook - free. They also refunded my $200 tow cost! It pays to ask!!

I think the ones you can get from Amazon are metal. These are plastic but they have much less chance to scratch the wheels than the metal.
I plan to use these in the next couple week to take off the wheels to ceramic coat.

Did the ceramic wheels yesterday using the provided jack and alignment pin and the bolt holder.

I gotta say, the plastic guide pin works wonder. I can’t imagine using a metal pin without damaging the wheels. The wheels are quite heavy and putting it on without hitting the pin is impossible.

This plastic bolt grabber is very helpful as well to put back the bolts on.

Before wheel clean

After ceramic coat. I hope the wheels are now doesn’t stick to the brake dust because that was a lot of work to clean wheels.

I use a metal bolt pin...it's easy enough for me to get it on there without damaging the wheel. Honestly I didn't even really use the bolt pin after the first wheel. Since the wheels are hubcentric if you can lift the wheel high enough you can rest it on the lip of the hub and don't actually even need the bolt pin. Bolt pin makes it easier though if you do have to rest the wheel before you can get it onto the lip on the hub. There might be scratches on mine but they'll be on the back side of the lug hole and they certainly are not visible from the front of the wheel.

The bolt grabber seems useful though, I sometimes struggled to get them out! I recently bought this though which makes it easier and less worrisome when loosening/tightening the bolts:

You will love how easy it is to clean these wheels now. I rinse first which gets 90% of the dust off then just clean with normal car wash shampoo, one quick wipe with a soaped up wash mitt on all the surfaces and the wheel is squeaky clean.

Agree. Had no problem getting wheel onto hub and aligning bolts. I also had difficulty threading bolts but my socket extender made it much easier.
