Possibly Wheels and body wrap. I currently own 2018 R8 v10 plus Spyder & this is my everyday work car.
I do believe this above 2 things will be enough for this.

If I decide to purchase the wheels. I will be in touch. What's the best looking wheels for LC500 Atomic Siver color do you think?

The new R8's are so nice compared to the older ones.. The V10+ is no joke.

We have a client that built his R8 as well.. BBS wheels, Armytrix titanium exhaust, etc..

If you need anything for that vehicle, we carry modifications for that as well. We built a personal Audi RS5 with an Akrapovic exhaust, Air lift Performance bags, and Vorsteiner wheels.

For your LC..

Lots of choices, depending on budget and wheel material type.

We can always chat.

I went with Pur Wheels had a custom built 21" 3 piece by them with blue carbon lips came out amazing. Pur Wheels has some very innovative designs that are quite unique. If price isn't a concern and you want quality I would recommend them. I'm not affiliated nor do I work for Pur Wheels just a client FYI.

Does the rear spoiler have bolts into the trunk lid or is it just taped on?

Not sure what plastic straps are. If you later removed the spoiler, would there be any signs that it once was there? In other words, are there any holes or affects to the trunk lid?

Hi. sorry for my poor explanation. There are 4 small holes that contain sliding plastic clips. This is the permanent installation. If you thinking of removing in the future. I would not recommend it.

See below installation Instruction for your reference.
